Learning Resource Center
Learning resource center of Dolphin has an active learning Ambience. It is a well ventilated & well equipped library with capacity to accommodate 200 students at a time and carry out any kind of Academic Activity & Research such as reading books & journals and it is fully connected with Internet. Dolphin library has wide collection of latest books and journals (National and International Level), News paper, Magazine. Library remains open to students for 10 hrs daily, In addition to holidays. It has latest books in courses like Bio Technology, Medical Biotechnology, Microbial Biotechnology, Bio Informatics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Food Technology, Microbiology, Science & Management i.e. MBA, BBA & BCA etc. A highly qualified & experienced librarian & Supporting Staff help the students in the selection of relevant reading materials.

Library Collection
Learning Resource Center has tried to build a strong collection in the area of Science, Technology, etc. The collection comprises mainly book, current journals, News papers, Magazines, Issue return reference services.

At present library contains 6000 books in the area of Bio Technology, Bio Informatics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Medical Biotechnology, Microbial Biotechnology, Food Technology, Microbiology, Science & Management i.e. MBA, BBA & BCA etc.

Library Rules

1. Students shall maintain perfect order and silence in the Library.
2. Making noise, spiting, smoking and to visit the Library in intoxicated condition is strictly prohibited in the Library.
3. A student member will be responsible for any damage caused to the Library Property or reading material. The member has to replace the damage material/property and also has to pay the penalty.
4. The Library will not be responsible for member’s personal belonging/property last in the Library.
5. Both while wanting to return the books and borrow the books, students are expected to come in queue and get served one by one, without creating noise or any kind of disturbance.
6. Students are expected to maintain complete silence and strict discipline while in the library.
7. Every student is entitled to borrow two books at a time for duration of fifteen days maximum. Students who fail to return the books on the due date are liable to be charged a fine of Rs. 10/- per day per book. When a student fails to return the book even after 05 days of expiry of the due date, his/her name will be removed from the membership of the Library. The student will also be asked to pay the price of the Books not returned by him/her.
8. Students are not expected to scribble or make nothings or makings on the books or tear off pages form the books. The books are expected to be kept intact without any kind of damage.
9. Books borrowed by one student cannot be transferred to another.
10. If only one copy of particular title is available in library, that book will be kept in the reference section and shall not be available for borrowing. Reference books should be read only in the Library.
11. Students are not allowed to use others cards for borrowing books.
12. Timing for returning the library books are from 10.00 A.M. to 04.00 P.M.
13. Timings for borrowing the books from the Library will be as per schedule given by the College.
