Placement & Alumni Networking Meet 2010
Social networking sites today are the hot favorite to not only network and connect, but also to power various marketing and advertising activities. Therefore, this year “WE” fully leveraged the social media platform; as a theme for the meet as well as to connect with our alumni and send out invites. Held on the 26th March, 2010 in the Chunni Campus, the event welcomed all alumni from across the full time programs dating back to 2006. We were proud to meet several CEOs, VPs and MDs from companies of international repute. In keeping with ‘Dolphin Connect’ spirit, several industry and alumni round tables were also organized as a forerunner to the Alumni Meet. The round tables had all alumni participating in discussions to help the current batches as well as the management learn about current industry trends and obtain helpful pointers on adapting course structure to suit current scenarios. ”Dolphin Connect “saw some remarkable appreciation as it allowed the alumni to truly connect with each other and their alma mater. About 15 leading companies like Panacea Biotech, Hash Biotech, Bioage, ESICO, Ind-Swift, IEEC, Venus Remedies, Nector Food, Brooks Ltd., Health Biotech, Chromus Biotech, KTC Products, AYURUET, KAIZEN Pharmaceuticals, ADI Biosolution during their campus interview short listed about 144 students of M.Sc. Stream for their different departments & assured their placement as soon as they pass out from the college in 2010.
